30-year-old cat named Rubble has just been named the oldest living cat in the world.
Rubble has lived with his human mom Michele Foster from Devon since she got him as a kitten on her 20th birthday in May 1988.
Michele never had children of her own, so Rubble is much more than just a feline friend, he’s like a son to Michele. It’s clear to see how much Michele loves Rubble.

Rubble celebrated his milestone with a party at his local vet where he was treated to some of his favorite cat food and a free check-up.
Rubble the 30-year-old cat’s recent birthday means that he now matches the age of the last world record holder, Scooter. Scooter took the Guinness World Record title when he turned 30 but sadly, later died.
Rubble now suffers from high blood pressure which isn’t much of a shock at his age. Rubble regularly visits his local vets to get medication. Sean Moore is one of the vets who looks after him. But despite his age, Sean thinks Rubble is doing pretty well.
