The pair t is a 4-year-old duck and a 12-year-old Malamute. Quakers the duck and Max the Malamute are two animals who will warm up your heart with their beautiful tale.
The Rileys are the owners of Max – they actually used to have two dogs — Max and Sasha, a husky.
Unfortunately, Sasha passed away a while ago. Soon after their loss, the Rileys decided to adopt some newborn ducklings. When Max met one of the ducks, named Quakers, he found his new best friend.
Together, the two like to walk around their small town of Strout, Minnesota. The town is home to only 25 residents who all know about the pair and are careful to give them plenty of room if they see them on the road.
The dog and duck also enjoy just sitting together by the highway. They even have their own special patch of grass! They also eat and drink together as much as possible. What an amazing pair!
