10-year-old Aashir Alauddins didn’t hesitate to save his 2-month-old kitten when he saw her stuck in a tree next to his house.
Aashir climbed up an 18-foot tree to rescue his beloved cat.
But when he finally reached her, he realized that the way down was way more dangerous.
His mother noticed him in danger and told him to stay put. She called 911, and the fire department showed up.
“He got the cat and couldn’t get down, so I was telling him, ‘Put the cat inside your shirt and come down,’ but he was like, his shoe was gonna slip, so I immediately called the fire department,” Aashir’s mom, Linnette Wheeler said.
Aashir spent 20 minutes in the tree before he and his beloved kitten were rescued by firefighters.
Thankfully, neither Aashir nor the cat was harmed.
He may have put himself in danger, but it was because he loves Alley that much!
